Lead funnel

What a lead funnel is and the stages HookVerb manages between the first click and the sales conversation.

A lead funnel is the sequence of steps a prospect moves through from first contact to a sales conversation, and the systems that capture, qualify, and route them along the way.

HookVerb builds and manages lead funnels as one of its services: the CRM and forms that capture leads, the rules that qualify them, and the routing that puts each lead in the right place in the customer journey. The goal is that no valuable prospect falls through the cracks between the click and the conversation.
